 Uwielbiam gotować, ale nie lubię przesiadywać godzinami w kuchni. Najczęściej nowe przepisy wymyślam po otwarciu lodówki. Gotuję z tego co akurat jest, a czasem naprawdę nie ma wielkiego wyboru.

marchew

czosnek
świeży imbir

Na rozgrzaną patelnię wlej olej, potem wszystkie składniki, smaż jeszcze ok minuty cały czas mieszając, w niewysokiej temperaturze. Dodaj trochę wody, potem sos sojowy Tamari, trochę sosu rybnego, brązowego cukru i soku z limonki lub cytryny. Przykryj i duś jeszcze 10 min, jeśli trzeba dodaj trochę wody, żeby danie się nie przypaliło.

Ja zawsze mam rano ugotowane jakieś zboże, które przed podaniem mieszam z warzywami i gotowe. Na talerzu pamiętajcie zawsze o dodaniu zieleniny, oleju tłoczonego na zimno dobrej jakości, pestkach świeżo i lekko uprażonych, gomasio.
